Markedskraft has analyzed the Nordic electricity market since 1995 and is currently a leading provider of independent analysis services in several European markets. Since 2003 we also offer analysis services for the EEX market in Germany and a comprehensive Alp Hydrology analysis. We introduced our CO2 and Iberian hydrology analysis in 2006, and in 2007 we expanded our service with a service for spot and forward electricity prices for Germany. Together with Perret Associates we offer daily analysis of the Coal & Freight markets. We have recently added a state of the art Technical Analysis to all our services, this is also available as a separate service across the different commodities.

Markedskraft has a fundamental approach where we combine advanced models with continuous monitoring of factors that affect the electricity prices.

Competence and Continuity
Our analysts update the analyses 365 days a year. During daily morning meetings, our analysts discuss the market in depth with our portfolio managers. The analysis staff subsequently concludes and distributes its conclusions to external and internal analysis clients. The analyses are updated several times a day and at special events.
